Home Thought for the Week January 29, 2010
January 29, 2010

We hope you had a good start into the New Year. The first guest has come and gone; the next ones are just around the corner! Reservations have been coming in and there are already requests we have to refer to another site or offer other dates. We do hope and pray that this year, the sooner the better, the Selah Cabin will be done and open to receive guests. We desperately need the additional space! Please consider whether you could get involved with this project.

As of this writing we are expecting a heavy winter storm here in North Georgia and we were alerted to the possibility that we might not have electricity, phone and Internet available for days. If you need to get in touch with us, hang in there, we will answer as soon as we are back on line.

Sandy is doing much better! Thank you for your prayers. The daily challenge is to have her take her breaks. She thinks she should be able to work at the same pace like before the accident....

He gives strength to the weary, and to him who lacks might He increases power. Though youths grow weary and tired, and vigorous young men stumble badly, yet those who wait upon the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk  and notbecome weary.  Isaiah 40:29-31
